Our Citrus Salt is a mixture of sea salts chosen for their qualities - beautifully crunchy, equally flaky, perfectly white and with great mineral content. Combined with lemon and lime zests, from hand selected fruits, you'll get the perfect citrus kick with every sip. The Citrus Salt will balance the sweet and sour flavours of the Tequila, Cointreau, and fresh lime juice used in this magnificent cocktail. Salt tempers any bitterness, which in turn makes sweetness and sourness seem brighter, and the drink all the more exquisite.
